Cancer lesion?
My first thought was a basal cell carcinoma, so I’m going with that!
Bullet exit hole, suicide...im guessing.

Bullet exit wound is my guess! Cannot tell if this is homicide or suicide based on the image and facts…but the unkempt appearance leans me towards suicide.
