The following mass was discovered at autopsy:
Question 1: From what organ does this mass arise?
Question 2: What is your differential diagnosis for this lesion?
(Question 2 beginner level: Just answer if you think it’s cancer, inflammatory, benign etc
Question 2 advanced level: Give an actual differential diagnosis if possible).
Discussion tomorrow!

It is adrenal gland. The tumor looks like adrenal adenoma, but it has lesions that look like hemorrhages or cysts filled with some kind of mases, maybe necrosis, which does not look benign. Differential: some kind of weird adenoma or adrenal carcinoma.
Looks adrenal. And I would guess benign bc it appears encapsulated.
