Friday Forensics Answer/Discussion 2-22-25
Finally…we have one that no one got correct
When I said the case was difficult that should have been a clue that “meningitis” was not going to be the answer. That being said, the history of sinus infections is quite important for this particular case. I will show the image again, this time with my annotations so that everyone can be properly oriented. Also, once again I am giving the content warning ⚠️ that this image contains blood and internal body structures. And now for the answer and the discussion:
