This one is very "forensic autopsy specific".
Many of the Forensic Friday cases I post show anatomical imagery and many natural deaths. Some are even from my hospital cases. It is a misconception that medical examiner/forensic pathologists only work on murder cases. However, today we will look at a case that is definitely only seen and diagnosed in the forensic realm. Or at least it should only be diagnosed by something with forensic training. Despite that, I think it’s possible to deduce what this is even if you don’t have forensic training. Either way, we learn.
