A peculiar skin lesion?

First of all, thanks to my new subscribers. I appreciate everyone who wants to learn, and although my overall follower count has dropped, my subscriber count has increased.

Now, for today’s forensic image, please observe the following. This is one of those things that we refer to in medicine as a “spot diagnosis”, meaning there is really only one thing it can be. Also, for any new subscribers here, the following image is not gruesome. In fact on the “forensic gruesome scale”, this would only be a 1 out of 10. However, this was taken at the time of autopsy:
